Barnstable County

Fifteen towns make up Barnstable County, consisting of Bourne, Sandwich, Falmouth, Mashpee, Barnstable, Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown. According to the 2020 U.S. Census, Barnstable County had a population of 228,996 people, which makes this county the 9th most populated county in the state of Massachusetts.

Highlights of Cape Cod

Cape Cod ranges from a 40-minute to a 2-hour drive from Boston. To get on Cape Cod, one of the two bridgesโ€”the Sagamore Bridge or the Bourne Bridgeโ€”must be crossed, both spanning the Cape Cod Canal.
